BRILLIANT
This pen (after initial slight problem) is absolutely brilliant. The service from the company is superb. The initial problem was is wouldn't write however after an explicit email from the company I got it working. The Pen Co., are exceptionally professional and very helpful.

I bought a fountain pen when it arrived the box was flattened, I phoned up and the person who answered was very pleasant and most helpful and sent out a new box which I received the next day.
