My husband purchased a tombow pen whilst we were living in Australia, since moving back to the UK we couldn't find anyone who sold these cartridges. My Tombow pen has been out of ink for some time now due to lack of availability or expensive refills. I was pleased to find The Pen Company selling them at a reasonable price with free delivery. Great!

I have been using my Tombow "fat pen" for over 25 years, and getting the refills is not always easy, except from you. Between sitting down at the computer on the Friday and delivery on the Saturday(!) less than 24 hours had passed. Thi seems to be standard from you. Best wishes, Philip D Ralph.

The Pen Company do what they say they will - deliver free the next day, by post so no package to sign for. Brilliant - will continue to use as so efficient and good value.
