Description
The Lamy Joy is the ideal set for anyone wanting a calligraphic fountain pen.
The Lamy Joy set contains a Joy calligraphy fountain pen a gloss resin cap and barrel which gently tapers, to allow freedom of movement, and three nib units.
The nib units are all have broad stub nibs with widths 1.1, 1.5, and 1.9mm giving a broad line width when moved in one direction and a fine width in the other.
The set comes with two 'pop-on' caps to seal the nib units not being used.
The Lamy Joy set also contains an instruction leaflet on how to get started and to explore the world of calligraphy.

inspired me to start using stub nibs
I had gone to buy a lamy al-star and lamy Joy (black and red) was imploring at me from behind the glass window as i requested it to be seen from up close i knew i wanted it not only does it write beautifully, mine is a 1.1mm stub nib which i filled it with cherry red ink (parker quink red) i have wielded it more like a wand it is a piece of art i tell you love mine to bits
