Contacted the Pen company and correct part delivered the next day. Knowledgeable polite guy who knew his job, and knew what customer service means, somewhat a rarity these days. I will use them in future.

Good price and service from the pen company. It's a shame the pen top works lose and then can fall off and get lost.

On the 28 November 2012 at 14:42 I ordered a Lamy St Tri Pen Button Spare from the Pen Company as I had lost mine. The pen has sentimental value so I wanted to restore to its original pristine condition. Prior to contacting the Pen Company which I saw online I was told by another organisation that I would have to return the pen to the parent company in Germany to have it restored and that would take about eight weeks and would be costly. I contacted the Pen Company on the date and time above by telephone and ordered it having been dealt with in a very professional manner by the contact at the other end of the phone. I received the Button Spare the very next day in the post. The cost for the goods was £1.95 and with the delivery charge and vat came to a total of £3.90. With such an excellent and efficient customer service I can thoroughly recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using their services again
