Lamy pen parts
One of the features of Lamy's design philosophy, as far as I can see, it that their pens are modular in design. That means parts can be easily changed or upgraded. The Lamy Accent does have parts that can be swapped. The nibs can be upgraded or changed, and the grip can be changed. Having had a problem with the grip on my Accent, I was able to find a pen vendor (The Pen Company) who could supply replacements. I think that this was the intention of pen designers at Lamy; and I was glad to have found what I need at The Pen Company.
