Reporting missed paper

While we strive to achieve a seamless Otago Daily Time delivery experience, we understand that occasional errors can occur. To simplify the process of reporting a missing newspaper, we've outlined four straightforward online steps for you to follow on top of our normal customer service channels. In selected areas, we might be able to attempt to re-deliver on the same day if you let us know early enough.

You can report a missed paper issue in 3 ways:

If you notice before 8:30am, we have a re-delivery service in some areas (most of Dunedin, Mosgiel, Oamaru, Waikouaiti, Timaru, Alexandra), and we will attempt to re-deliver.

If we do not manage to do it, you will receive a credit or an extra day of your pre-paid service. We cannot backdate credits, so report missed paper issue as soon as possible.
