The Pen Company is a family business. All orders are dispatched by us, from our own facility. We do not use direct dispatch, i.e. we don't forward your order to a third-party distributor.
Shipping for orders under $150 will be calculated in the shopping cart based on weight, size and the service type selected.

Manufacturers tend to change their presentation boxes more often than they change their pens. While our intention is to ensure that all images on this site are accurate, it may be that from time to time pens are dispatched with the latest version of the presentation box, rather than the one shown.
Approximate sizes are given. Sizes for pens are the overall length with the cap closed where appropriate, and the diameter of the barrel.
